Sorry, no. We are accepting offers from owner-occupied or second-home owners.

Please explain the pricing of these units.

In building Carbon12, quality was woven into every decision. Price influences includes:

  • Location: Valuable, urban land that offers convenient access to all parts of the city.

  • Construction technology: By using cross-laminated timber (CLT), we’ve minimized impact on the environment and neighborhood. CLT is a stronger and more insulative material that’s sustainable and renewable.

  • Unique: Carbon12 isn’t your average condominium, especially with features including: secure mechanical parking system, solar-ready roof, spacious patios for each unit and an elevator that opens right into your residence.

How many parking spaces do I get?

Units on floors 2–4 are granted one parking space; units on floors 5–8 are granted two.

Can I purchase additional parking or storage?

Sorry, no.
